Private Classes are a great way to focus on your specific personal goals whether those goals involve losing unwanted weight, becoming stronger, more flexible, sculpting muscles, learning to balance, reshaping your diet, or all of the above!

My combined training as a personal trainer, yoga instructor and plant-based nutritionist enables me to develop well-rounded individualized, focused programs for clients. We can work in person or online! If you want only personal training and yoga and no diet support, no problem! If you are only wanting resistance training, that’s great too. Private sessions are about YOU, your needs and goals. Most clients prefer ongoing weekly privates, but some are interested in just a few sessions in order to get a home program created that they can do on their own.
